FPS for video transfer...

I'm shooting on Pro8, then tranferring to video for editing. Any suggestions of fps? 18, 24, etc??? What are the pros and cons?

24 fps will use more film, which is good for the Super-8 Film Industry.

24 fps also produces a more fluid picture with less of a "strobing" effect.
